Exhibition stands

Possibility to have a booth of 9 m² surface with a load less than 200 kg.

The cost is 3000€ excl tax. The price includes the presence of 3 people at the most, and:

- Partitions H:2.5m, W: 1m (as shown on the figure)

- Carpet

- LED bar: 40W

- PVC sign (400mm X 400 mm), white background, black letter

- 3 chairs + 1 table (1.2m x 0.7m)

- 1.5W electrical box, 2 sockets.

Please noticed that:

• Items listed are an integral part of the service and cannot be dissociated. Therefore not using them does not entitle them to any reduction
• People on stand (3 at the most) have access to the conference coffee break and lunches.
